These Terms of Use (the "Terms") form a binding agreement between you and PCS YAZILIM ORGANIZASYON LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (the "Company", "we", "us"), the developer and operator of the CryptoHighway mobile app (the "App" or "Service"). By downloading, installing, creating an account, or otherwise using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
On first launch, the App also presents a mandatory in-app disclaimer (in English and Turkish) which you must accept before playing. These Terms incorporate and are consistent with that disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The App is rated 17+ because of its simulated trading and gambling-themed content. You must be at least 17 years old to use the App. By using the App you represent that you are 17 or older and legally permitted to enter into these Terms. If you use the App in a jurisdiction where such use is restricted, you are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.
CryptoHighway is a mobile strategy and focus game. Its heart is "LFA" (Laser Focus Again), a focus, patience, and skill tapping game with combos, drops, tiers, and a leaderboard. The crypto-trading theme is a wrapper around this gameplay.
• Everything is simulated. All trading mechanics inside the App are virtual. There is no real money, no real cryptocurrency, no real trades, and no deposits or withdrawals.
• Virtual currencies and items. The App uses in-game units such as "P1X" and "Gold," together with virtual items. P1X is the primary reward currency, earned only through gameplay; it is never sold and is not included in any purchase or subscription. Gold is a secondary currency that can be earned through gameplay or acquired as virtual content via in-app purchase.
• No real-world value. All virtual currencies, balances, and items are entirely fictional in-game values. They have no monetary equivalent in the real world, cannot be exchanged for real money, real cryptocurrency, or any real-world asset, and cannot be transferred outside the App.
• Market data is for context only. Real cryptocurrency names and live price data (such as BTC, ETH, SOL) are sourced from public market data feeds (e.g. Binance) and shown only as authentic-feeling context for simulated gameplay. Displaying this data gives you no ownership of any real cryptocurrency, and the Company holds no real cryptocurrency on your behalf.
• Marketplace. Any in-game player marketplace is disabled at launch. No feature of the App permits real-money trading of virtual items between users.
The App offers optional in-app purchases processed by Apple through the App Store using StoreKit. All purchases grant in-game virtual benefits only. They never grant real money, real cryptocurrency, securities, or any real-world asset. Virtual goods have no real-world monetary value, are non-transferable, cannot be cashed out, and cannot be sold or exchanged outside the App.
Types of purchases:
• Consumable virtual Gold — one-time purchases of in-game Gold (offered in several tiers) spent on in-game mechanics and items.
• Starter Pack — a one-time, non-consumable bundle of virtual in-game content.
• Auto-renewable subscriptions — Basic, Premium, Pro, and Ultimate tiers (see Section 5).
An in-app purchase grants only a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access the relevant virtual content within the App. All rights in the App and its virtual content remain with the Company. We may modify, manage, or discontinue virtual items and the in-game economy as part of normal game operation, to the extent permitted by law.
The App offers auto-renewable subscriptions (Basic, Premium, Pro, Ultimate) that grant in-game virtual content such as Gold, equipment, and items, together with ongoing passive in-game bonuses that remain active for as long as the subscription is in effect. All such content is virtual and has no real-world monetary value. The following disclosure applies:
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription automatically renews at the price and interval shown on the App Store unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the then-current subscription price.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription, and turn off auto-renewal, at any time in your device's Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Subscription benefits are virtual in-game content only and have no real-world monetary value. P1X is never included in any subscription.
Subject to these Terms, the Company grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on Apple-branded devices you own or control, solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, distribute, or create derivative works of the App except as permitted by applicable law.
This App is licensed, not sold, to you. In addition to these Terms, your use of the App is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA), available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. Where these Terms and the Apple Standard EULA both apply, these Terms supplement the Apple Standard EULA; in case of conflict regarding the items addressed by the Apple Standard EULA, the Apple Standard EULA governs. You acknowledge that Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the App or its content, and that Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms entitled to enforce them.
All in-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple. Refunds are handled solely by Apple in accordance with Apple's App Store refund policy. The Company does not directly process payments and does not issue separate cash refunds on its own initiative. To request a refund, use Apple's "Report a Problem" page at https://reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support.
You agree to use the App only for its intended entertainment and focus-training purposes, and you are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for activity through your account. You agree that you will not:
• Use exploits, cheats, bots, scripts, or automation to gain an unfair advantage or interfere with normal gameplay;
• Manipulate, tamper with, or attempt to alter simulation data, balances, or the in-game economy;
• Attempt to buy, sell, or exchange in-game virtual currency or items (such as Gold or P1X) for real money or real-world value with any third party (Real World Trading);
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the App, except as permitted by law;
• Access the App through unauthorized means, disrupt our servers, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems;
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms or applicable law.
To protect the integrity of the game and its community, we may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the App or specific features if we reasonably determine that you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that harms other players or the Service. Where a violation is detected, we may suspend the account and remove or revoke access to affected in-game items.
Because all in-game items are virtual, licensed (not owned), and carry no real-world monetary value, any such suspension or removal does not entitle you to compensation. You may also stop using and delete your account at any time (see Section 10). Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law — will survive.
You can permanently delete your account from within the App at any time, via Profile → Account Info → "Sign out / Delete account" → "Delete Account". Account deletion triggers a full data cascade that removes your associated account and gameplay data from our active systems, subject to limited records we are required to retain for legal, accounting, security, or fraud-prevention purposes, and to backups cleared on a routine cycle. Deleting your account ends your access to the App and to any virtual currency or items associated with it, which (as virtual content with no real-world value) are not refundable or recoverable.
Not financial advice; not a real exchange. CryptoHighway is a game intended for entertainment and focus-training purposes only. It is not a real cryptocurrency exchange, broker, wallet, or financial service. Nothing in the App constitutes financial, investment, trading, tax, or legal advice, an offer, a solicitation, or a recommendation, and nothing in the App guarantees any real-world trading or investment outcome. Real price data shown in the App is provided "as is" for simulated, aesthetic context and may be delayed, inaccurate, or interrupted.
"As is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that virtual balances and data will always be preserved without error.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, loss of virtual currency or virtual items, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the App. Because virtual currencies and items have no real-world monetary value, you acknowledge that any loss, removal, or corruption of virtual content has no monetary value. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. For the resolution of disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App, the courts and execution offices of Istanbul, Türkiye shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the App, our practices, or legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide notice within the App. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, please stop using the App and delete your account.
